Sitastruct is owned and operated by Tony Jafrate and Ian T Ware F.R.I.C.S who each have 40 years construction experience. Family involvement ensures continuity for the future. Sitastruct’s site teams have many years experience in Rainscreen Cladding and associated works.

As Rainscreen Cladding is regularly the last external trade on site, we understand the importance of flexibility and working with the contractor and other trades to meet deadlines.

To maintain our standards of service and quality and a regular management presence on site Sitastruct focuses on the North West, North Wales and the Midlands.

Sitastruct has built successful relationships with a number of contractors including Taylor Wimpey, David McLean, Countryside Properties, Norwest Holst and Kier Group as well as many other smaller contractors. We will consider contracts from £25,000 to £1,500,000.

We offer a hands-on service and can provide value engineering in order to achieve cost effective solutions.

Sitastruct has recent experience of various methods of fixing for Rainscreen Cladding and associated products:

• face screw fix
• rivet fix
• gluing
• mechanical secret fix

and various substructures:

• concrete
• timber framed buildings
• steel framing e.g. SFS/metsec/hot or cold rolled steel
• brickwork and blockwork
