Sitastruct is owned and operated by Tony Jafrate who, together with Ian T Ware F.R.I.C.S., has built Sitastruct into the successful and secure company that it is today.

Established in 1993, Sitastruct has gained a reputation for quality and professionalism and it is by maintaining this tradition that we will thrive in future.

We are approved installers for Trespa, Rockpanel, CEP, Steni and all Eternit Rainscreen Cladding products including Lamina and Natura. We also have experience of fitting Carea and A.C.M’s.

In addition, we have installed several thousand square metres of Western Red Cedar and other Hardwood Timber Cladding.

Strong customer relationships

Our company’s success and financial stability has been built on repeat business and we have developed strong relationships with a broad range of contractors including Taylor Wimpey, Countryside Properties, Norwest Holst, Wilmott Dixon, Stewart Milne Homes and Kier Group as well as numerous smaller contractors.

Sitastruct has worked on a number of prestigious projects including the new Welsh Assembly Building in Llandudno Junction and the recently opened BDP Architects office in Manchester. We will consider contracts of up to £2,000,000.

Commitment to quality and professionalism

We do not believe in cutting corners because this is often to the detriment of quality and is an avenue which is to be completely avoided. Over the past few months Sitastruct has been regularly called upon to assess works carried out by other firms, either during or after their completion, when issues of poor quality have arisen.

Sitastruct has built up an established chain of suppliers over the past few years. By regularly using the same suppliers we gain competitive prices and an assurance that they will do everything possible to ensure that materials are supplied to site as quickly as possible. This helps us to react rapidly to events as they develop on site.

Sitastruct has never caused a delay on a project and we’re proud to add that we regularly complete works ahead of programme.

Flexibility and reliability

As façade cladding is regularly the last external trade on site, we understand the importance of flexibility and working with the contractor and the other trades involved to ensure that deadlines are met.

To maintain our standards of service and quality and a regular management presence on site Sitastruct focuses on the North West, North Wales and Midlands regions.

Sitastruct's site teams have many years experience in façade cladding and associated works. We offer a hands-on service and can provide value engineering in order to achieve cost-effective solutions.

Knowledge and Experience

We supply and fix the build up to the cladding from the concrete, brick or blockwork, timber or steel frame, utilising either timber battens/counterbattens, or one of several proprietary aluminium bracket and rail systems, such as Downer, Allface, Fischer or Eurofox.

We have experience of screw and rivet-face fix, along with adhesive and mechanical secret fix. In addition, we supply and fit a variety of insulations, breather membranes, vapour barriers, fire barriers, flashings and copings.
